As TTI receives your billing data from your vendors (paper bills, CD's, Web portals, etc) throughout the month, TTI's professional services team enters all information into your WinBill® solution for you. TTI's support team will work with you to understand expense allocation of items, process flow of AP tickets, approval's etc and fully manage your WinBill® TEM solution on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Clients are given access to reporting via a web interface as well as scheduled reports sent from the server. All this for a low monthly fee!

Invoice Migration
Specifically for each vendor to be migrated TTI:
- Evaluates the vendor's current and planned electronic media offering and analyzes the current invoice account structure
- Defines an account structure and migration plan to migrate all paper invoices to the selected electronic media
- Add any new import modules to your WinBill® system
PLUS! Telecommunications Invoice Auditing
Following the migration of a telecom vendor's invoices to electronic invoice media and import into WinBill®, TTI will perform an audit of that vendor's invoices.
The audit includes a full review of your company's telecommunications agreements and billing. TTI will review all telecommunications bills and validate the bills against:
- Company inventory
- Negotiated telecommunications contract rates and discounts
- Correct State tariff rates
- Correct Federal Excise Taxes
